Enter "DEVDUDES" at the code screen. This code will unlock several bonus teams, including the NBA 2K team, the Sega Sports team and Sega team.
Big Head Mode
Enter "FATHEAD" at the code screen to give all of the players comically large heads during game play.

Enter "MONSTER" at the code screen to make all of the players abnormally large during game play.
Shrunken Players
Enter the cheat "LITTLEGUY" at the code screen to shrink all of the players during game play, making them half the size of normal players.
