Lake Amistad Challenge Cheat
Every challenge of Cabela's "Monster Bass" on PS2 charges you with a different goal, or several different goals. When you know exactly what to do, any one of these challenges can be much easier--this is where the Lake Amistad cheat comes in handy.
Start the Lake Amistad Challenge in the trolling motor boat and move immediately to your left. Move along the top of the water in this direction until you see sticks poking upwardly from the surface of the lake. Choose your AquaGlow 3" Hoochie Koochie Swimbait Firetiger lure. Use the 5-foot depth with settings at 12 oz./3 inches, and cast it next to the sticks. The location and the lure combine to help you complete the challenge quickly.
Fast Bass Cheat
When you want to catch bass fast on Cabela's "Monster Bass," use the fast bass cheat. To catch a large number of fish very quickly, choose your fishing location, cast your line, then continuously reel in. You should reel in at all times, until or unless you start flashing red to indicate danger. By doing this, you will increase your chances of catching more bass.
Lure and Catch
Cabela's "Monster Bass" on PS2 offers little in the way of cheats, but it does offer many different lures to help you catch fish. Use trial-and-error to discover which lures work in which locations, and keep notes if that helps you to remember which lures should be used where. Your goal is to catch fish, so always keep a lure equipped on your fishing pole to increase your chances of success.
