Your First Case
Complete the tutorial at the beginning. Use the UV light on the victim's neck. Take the $20 bill sticking out of her mouth. Collect the bracelet found behind Grissom on the floor. To the right of the bed, find a table with two chairs. Under the leg of the chair on the left find the remote. Dust for prints on the remote. Spray around the bathroom. Using the swab, take a sample of the stain on the sink and dust for any prints. Dust for prints also on the television set in the next room. Go to Jenny's apartment and present her with all of the questions that pop up on the screen.
At the Morgue
Go to the morgue. Collect the skin found under the nails of the victim. If you missed taking the money out of the victim's mouth at the beginning of this case, you will have the option of doing it here in the morgue. Good thing is that you will still be given full credits as long as you do it now and not any later.
Getting the Warrant
Go to the lab and hand Greg the following: sink stain swag, evidence found under the nails of the victim, money, and ligature. Using the computer behind Greg, search through the files, finding matches for both sets of prints. Talk to Brass to get a warrant to search Jenny's apartment. In the apartment, using the glove take the medicine bottle found on the table in front of the television. Grab a copy of her schedule on the computer. Look for the blinking light on the answering machine. Click to listen to the messages and place the tape into evidence. Collect the hotel receipts found by the stools at the counter. Go back to the lab.
The Arrest
Give Greg everything collected from the apartment except the printout. At the computer lab, run the printout and prints through the system, resulting in a rap sheet belonging to Devon Rodgers. Go to Brass and bring in both suspects Susten and Devon. Take DNA samples from both and deliver to Greg. Examine all hair at the microscope. Review your collected evidence, making sure they are yellow tagged.
Talk to Susten first. Find out why his blood was found in the bathroom sink. To earn 100 percent in this case, bring Devon in the room and arrest him for the crime.
