Age of Mythology Gold Edition Cheats

"Age of Mythology: Gold Edition" is a real-time strategy game released for the PC. The game has several cheats that can increase and decrease the difficulty of the game. Cheats for the game allow you to add to your resources, speed up or slow down the pace of the game, skip scenarios in the game or give you God Powers.

Entering Cheats
- All of the cheats for the "Age of Mythology: Gold Edition" games are entered using the same method. Press the "Enter" button on your keyboard and a box will appear on the screen. Type the cheat into the box using all uppercase letters, and press the "Enter" button again. The cheats will not work if they are not entered in all uppercase letters.
Resources
- The three main resources in "Age of Mythology: Gold Edition" are food, wood and gold. In order to acquire these resources, the villagers under your control need to chop down wood, kill animals for food or mine for gold. The economies of your villages are based on these three resources as well. You can add to your resources by using any of the following cheats.
  
  For 1,000 wood, enter the code "TROJAN HORSE FOR SALE."
  
  For 1,000 food, enter the code "JUNK FOOD NIGHT."
  
  For 1,000 gold, enter the code "ATM OF EREBUS."
Game Speed Cheats
- There are dozens of scenarios to play through in "Age of Mythology: Gold Edition." The difficulty of each scenario is determined by several factors, one of which is the amount of time you have to fulfill your goals. You can increase or decrease the difficulty of the scenario by changing the speed of the game.
  
  To increase the difficulty of a scenario by increasing the speed of the game, enter the code "LETS GO! NOW!"
  
  To decrease the difficulty of a scenario by decreasing the speed of the game, enter "CONSIDER THE INTERNET."
  
  You are not limited to speeding up or slowing down the gameplay of the scenarios. If you want to skip past the scenario you are playing, enter the code "CHANNEL SURFING."
  
  Finally, you can skip playing the scenarios and see the ending of the game by entering the code "THRILL OF VICTORY."
God Powers
- God Powers allow you to perform different feats during the game. The God Powers give you different abilities during the game, such as the ability to create rain to help farms flourish or the ability to destroy units. Cheats are available for different God Powers, which are usually accumulated by playing the game.
  
  To receive random God Powers, enter "ZENOS PARADOX" or "PANDORAS BOX."
  
  To receive destructive God Powers, such as lightning storm, earthquake and tornado, enter "WRATH OF THE GODS."
  
  Finally, to recover all of the God Powers you have used, enter "DIVINE INTERVENTION."
