Free Admission
When you reach Cape Claw, you will find that your path to the High Top is blocked by a guard, who wants you to pay him some scarabs to enter. Avoid this fee by jumping into the water near the guard and swimming to the right. You will see a booster pad over here. Jump on it to spring to the High Top and skip the admission charge.
Save a Shroom
After you earn Tricky's Flame command you will be able to set objects on fire, but it costs you one mushroom to do so. Save the fungus by standing in front of the object you want to light on fire and wait for Tricky to walk behind you. Hit him a few times with your staff and then dodge Tricky when he tries to burn you in retaliation. His flame will instead start the fire you need.
Cheat Well Bonuses
You can unlock bonus features in the game menu by finding certain cheat wells in the game. Throw 20 scarabs into any of these wells to earn the cheat token you need to unlock the bonus. Plant a Moonseed near the Krozoa Shrine in the Moon Mountain Pass. Climb up the plant that grows to reach a cheat well that will net you subtitles for the game's dialogue. Play in the Black and White Mode with another cheat token. Get this by finding the well under a path to LightFood Village at Cape Claw. Look for a weak wall and blow it open with a cannon to reveal the well.
Hidden Scarabs
Enter Thorntail store and go to the game place. Look for a brick wall here. Run at it to break it and reveal a large rock. Pick this up to find three red scarabs underneath. Each red scarab is worth 10 scarabs.
