Cheats for X-Men: The Official Game on GameCube

Opening Danger Rooms

• Wolverine, iceman and Nightcrawler can all enter danger rooms. To enter the codes to get to the rooms, first go to the Cerebro files menu from the main menu. For Wolverine, press "Down," "Down," "Up," "Up," "Right," "Left," "Right," "Left," "Start" on your controller. For Iceman, press "Right," "Right," "Left," "Left," "Down," "Up," "Down," "Up," "Start" on your controller. And for Nightcrawler, press "Up," "Up," "Down," "Down," "Left," "Right," "Left," "Right," "Start" on your controller.

Extra Danger Room Missions

• Once you have used the cheats to open the bonus danger rooms, play all of the extra bonus danger room missions with each character. Each time you successfully complete the danger room mission for a certain character and collect all Sentinel and Weapon X files, save the game. After you save the game, six more Danger Room missions will be unlocked.

Unlock Street Costumes

• For special costumes, your character needs to collect various weapons consecutively. For Wolverine, Iceman and Nightcrawler costumes, collect all Weapon X collectibles during the mission.

Mission Mutations

• To get mission mutations, you have to first find all of the Tech pieces per level. Finding Tech pieces can take a lot of time, especially on timed missions. This cheat requires you to go through any particular level on novice, first, and collect all six Tech pieces. Go to the menu and select "Distribute Mutation," then immediately save the game. After saving, go to any higher level, and the mission mutations will be available for you without having to collect them again.
