Simpsons Road Rage for GameCube Cheats

"The Simpsons Road Rage" is a racing video game released in 2003 for Xbox, Game Boy Advance, PlayStation 2 and GameCube. It uses the characters and setting from the animated television show "The Simpsons." The GameCube version of the game had a variety of cheats that unlocked characters, cars and game modes.

Characters
- Change the date on your GameCube to November 22 to unlock Marge dressed like a pilgrim. Set the date to December 25 to unlock Apu dress up as Santa Claus. Changing the date to January 1 makes New Year's Krusty available for selection. Play with Halloween Bart by altering the date to October 31. Hold "R" and "L" at the options screen --- all cheat codes begin this way -- then enter the cheat "B, B, Y, Y" to unlock Smithers.
Vehicles
- Enter "B, B, Y, X" to unlock the Soap Box car, which is the vehicle used in the Soap Box Derby in the "Days of Thunder" episode of The Simpsons. Unlock the Brick Car, a small and fast vehicle, by entering "B, B, Y, X." Use the cheat "B, B, Y, A" to make the Nuclear Bus available for selection. Complete Mission Mode to unlock Homer's Secret Ride.
Features and Game Modes
- Change the time of day from daytime to nighttime by using the "A, A, A, A" cheat code. This video-game uses 3D graphics, but if you would prefer to be true to the TV show and use 2D characters then enter "X, X, X, X" and every character will be flat apart from the one you are controlling. Slow Mo Mode can be unlocked by using the "A, X, B, Y" cheat. Time Trial Mode removes obstacles such as traffic and pedestrians and turns your horn into a stopwatch -- press it to start and stop a timer. Enter "X, B, Y, A" to unlock this mode and test your speed.
Views
- "The Simpsons Road Rage" multiplayer mode uses a vertical split screen to separate players; swap to a horizontal split-screen by entering the code "Y, Y, Y, Y." To change to an overhead view of your race, enter the cheat "X, X, X, Y."

GameCube Cheats
