Create or join a new multiplayer game.
Die on purpose and immediately press and hold the "B" button before re-spawning. Continue to hold the "B" button when you re-spawn.
Touch any other player to kill them instantly. You will also be invincible so long as you continue to hold down the "B" button.
Turn the cheat off by releasing the "B" button. If you want to enable the cheat after deactivating it, you will have to die again to restart it.
