How to Get Rats Off of You in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

When in the Twilight Realm of "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess," Link faces a number of horrors that don't appear in Hyrule. With his heightened senses as a wolf, players can see ghoul rats that often weigh down on Link and need to be shaken off before he can continue moving at his normal speed. Ghoul rats will not lower Link's health while in his fur.

Instructions

     Use your "Sense" ability while in wolf form in the Twilight Realm.

     Progress through the level and look for ghostly black rats who travel in packs. Stand near them and allow them to jump on you.

   • 3

     Use Midna's "Dark Energy" attack or wolf Link's "Spin" attack to dislodge and destroy the ghoul rats.
