How to Catch Octillery in Pokemon Colosseum for GameCube

The story mode in "Pokemon Colosseum" for the Nintendo GameCube takes place in a region where there are no wild Pokemon for you to capture. However, you can still acquire new species by taking special Shadow Pokemon from other trainers. One of the species that appears as a Shadow Pokemon in "Pokemon Colosseum" is Remoraid, a water Pokemon that evolves into Octillery after reaching level 25.

Instructions

- 1
  Travel to the Pyrite Colosseum in Pyrite Town and defeat the four trainers that challenge you. A member of Team Cipher takes you to the Pyrite Building.

  Fight the trainers in the building as they challenge you. One of the trainers, a Miror B Peon named Reath, will call a Shadow Remoraid into battle.

  Weaken the Shadow Remoraid with your Pokemon's attacks, then throw a Snag Ball at it to capture it.

  Walk around the region and battle other trainers with your Shadow Remoraid until its heart gauge is completely white.

  Activate the shrine in the Relic Forest to perform a purification ritual on your Remoraid. Your Remoraid gains experience for the battles it participated in when it was a Shadow Pokemon.
- 6
  Continue battling other trainers with your Remoraid until it reaches level 25. Your Remoraid will evolve into an Octillery.
