How to Get Tricky out of the Cage in the Dark Ice Mines in Star Fox Adventures

Early in the Nintendo GameCube's "Star Fox Adventures," you'll enter the mines of Ice Mountain. There you'll find Prince Tricky--a major character in the game--imprisoned in a cage. To release him, you need only defeat the enemies guarding him, and then use your fire blaster to hit the button that will open the cage.

     Enter the Ice Mines and watch the cutscene showing Tricky imprisoned in the cage.

     Pick up a nearby fuel barrel and throw it at the pile of crates to reveal a group of enemies.

   • 3

     Defeat all the enemies and a red pad will appear above the cage. Shoot the pad with your staff's fire blaster to open the cage and release Tricky.
