Pokemon XD is different from the DS games, providing a better storyline without questing for gym badges. Level your Pokemon through trainer battles and visit the Purify Chamber to free your Shadow Pokemon. Shadow Pokemon do not have the full power, moves and abilities of normal Pokemon. Develop a balanced party of both normal and Shadow to save the world and capture all of the Pokemon.
Cave Poke Spot
Miror B invites you to join the Cipher Organization. After your prompt refusal, he attacks you with three Lombres and a Shadow Voltrob. They are weak to poison, fire and flying attacks. They are most vulnerable to Shadow Pokemon, so lead with those. After you defeat him, Miror B drops the Miror Radar. After this encounter, Miror B fights with random Shadow Pokemon. Use the Miror Radar to track him down. This is the primary way to capture your missing Shadow Pokemon.
Phenac City
Cipher agents have infiltrated the city with a plan to replace prominent community leaders. The clues lead to the Pre Gym. Six Justys exit one after another. Track them down and confront them. They are actually the Hexagon Brothers that you fought at the Cipher Lab. Battle them again, capturing any Shadow Pokemon that you missed the first time.
Pyrite Coliseum
In Pokemon XD, you win prizes, money and TMs in coliseum battles. Miror B is one of the random trainers that challenge you in the Pyrite Coliseum. Periodically join a tournament to battle and win any missing Pokemon.
