How to Go to Another Town in Animal Crossing GameCube

"Animal Crossing" combines elements of gardening with life simulation. The player's main tasks revolve around tending his property and developing his garden, but he can also visit the town and pick up jobs. If he feels like it, he can even go to the train station and visit another town. If he really likes it there, he has the choice to move in permanently. In order to visit another town, the player needs a friend's memory card.

Instructions

    • 1

Turn off the Gamecube if it's on.

    • 2

Insert two memory cards into the console. The first should have your town on it, and the second should have your friend's town on it.

    • 3

Turn on the Gamecube and load your game. You will be in your own town.

    • 4

Walk to the train station. It's exact location varies from town to town. If you're unsure where to find it, ask a police officer in town for a map.

    • 5

Speak with the train master and he'll offer to take you to your friend's town. Agree, and you'll hop onto the train and visit your friend.
