Travel down the corridor from the beginning of the level and speak to Professor Copeland. Copeland tells you that there is a puzzle in the next room. Defeat the enemies in the room. Use Fire Breath on the statues in the following order: red, green, blue, purple and yellow. Collect Scarlett, the dragonfly, from the center of the room.
Climb up the ladder in the room. Walk past the pictures to retrieve Doompa, a green dragonfly, next to a T-Rex 1000. Grab the gems and the key on top of the Gem Statues.
Walk across the large Gem Statue and follow the wooden bridge to the Lightning Breath Challenge Portal. Hit all eight poles with Lightning Breath to unlock Karen.
Head into the volcano and approach the Volcano Slide. Like previous slide levels, you must jump over the gaps and survive until you reach the bottom. Speak to Professor Squeek at the bottom of the slide to receive Saji.
Climb up the ladder and walk left until you reach Dr. Kogan. Kogan asks you to retrieve his equipment from a room full of R-1000s. Go down the stairs to the room on your left. Use Ice Breath to freeze the R-1000s. Continue through the corridor until you reach a pool of lava. Mitch, a yellow dragonfly, is located on the lava. Continue past Mitch to defeat the remaining R-1000s.
Return to Dr. Kogan with the seven beakers dropped from the R-1000s. He gives you Jason as a reward.
Return to the area where you defeated the last R-1000. Enter the portal for the "Tower of Scary and Ridiculous Heights" mini-game. Climb the tower while avoiding falling boulders and spiders. Once you reach the top of the tower, speak to Professor Sqeek to receive Warren.
Take the wooden bridge out of the cave. Speak to Dr. Snivels near the invulnerability device. He asks you to retrieve equipment from a nearby thief. Take the left path to chase the thief. Once you corner him in the corridor, kill him. Return to Dr. Snivels to receive Bonky.
Cross the lava to the next room. Speak to Dr. Egghead. If you have defeated all of the Caveman Riptocs in the level, which you should have by this point, he gives you Wonky. If you have not killed all of the Caveman Riptocs, you need to retrace your steps to defeat the remaining ones.
Jump into the hole next to Dr. Egghead. In the new room, walk down the corridor until the wall opens. You are at the beginning of the level. Continue walking until you reach the locked chest. Open the chest to receive Jean Marc, the final dragonfly.
