How Do We Cross the Two Platforms in Star Fox Adventures to Get the Last Two Fungi?

You will meet a sick Queen EarthWalker after crossing Ice Mountain in "Star Fox Adventures" for the Nintendo GameCube. She will require six white grubtub mushrooms to recover. Dropping into the well and finding the first four is fairly straightforward, but the last two are located together across two seemingly unreachable platforms. You will have to find a bomb spore and create a new platform to get to them.

Instructions

  Go to the pond near the entrance of the cave and collect the fireflies.

  Collect the bomb spores growing on a ledge above the pond.

  Head down the main path through the cave until you come to a dead end.

  Plant a bomb spore in the bomb spore patch and blow the wall.

  Continue through the new passage and down the slope until you reach another bomb spore patch.
- 6
  Plant a bomb spore in the bomb spore patch at the base of the pillar and detonate it, lowering the pillar to create another platform.
- 7
  Continue down the small path leading from the pillar to a boost pad. Use the boost pad to get to the top of the cave.
- 8
  Jump on your newly created pillar platform to reach the two platforms holding the final fungi.
