How to Power Up on Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 1 on GameCube

"Dragon Ball Z: Budokai" players can generate Ki by powering up during battles. Ki is the energy that adds to the performance of the game's characters. Using a specific combination of buttons, players can power up to fight their enemies with full force. This energy powers the projectiles and force used to deflect blasts from characters including Vegeta, Piccolo, Frieza and Cell. The game is rated "T" for teen gamers.
