How to Find Don Pianta in Paper Mario Game Cube

"Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door" was released for GameCube in 2004 and increases the range of abilities you had from the original "Paper Mario" game. You can also appeal to crowds that gather during your battles to increase your fighting abilities. You'll eventually need to consult with Don Pianta, the leader of one of the gangs in the town of Rogueport. To gain an audience with Don Pianta, you must meet several requirements in precise order.

Instructions

  Go to the east side of Rogueport. Slip through the crack in the walls next to the Professor's house. Enter the doorway in the back alley.

  Talk to the leader of the Robbos. Pay him the 64 coins for telling you how to find Don Pianta. Head out of this room and back through the crack in the wall.

  Go as far west as possible, until you reach the Item shop. Buy a Dried Shroom and Dizzy Dial. You must buy them in that order. You'll need 14 coins to buy these items.

  Answer the question "What is your favorite color?" with "yellow." This answer will cause the shopkeeper to open up a new door. Enter this door and head up the stairs to find Don Pianta.
