Things You'll Need
Instructions
Insert the original GameCube disc into the computer disc tray. To be able to carry out the game-copying process, it is necessary for your computer to detect not just the GameCube disc, but all of its contents as well.
Launch your disc-burning software to create a disc image. All the contents of your GameCube game disc are compiled onto your computer in a single file format. Depending on the available options on your disc-burning tool, typical file format storage might be inclusive of ISO or BIN.
Browse for the disc drive within the disc-burning application, and select it.
Set the copy speed to low levels for best results. These should be somewhere between 2x and 6x. Close all other open applications to avoid any errors while copying GameCube games on to your computer, and initiate the copy.
Click on the "Verify" button available on your disc-burning tool to verify that the burning process was successful. This allows your disc-burning program to inspect and compare all of the files between the original disc and the newly created image on your computer. If all files are copied without errors, you have successfully copied a GameCube game to the computer. If not, repeat the entire procedure again.
