How to Recover Memory Card Data for a GameCube

When a Nintendo GameCube memory card becomes corrupted, the saved files are no longer usable. Recovering them is hopeless since there is no way to plug the card into a computer or GameCube to retrieve the files. The only thing you are able to do in this situation is to reformat the card, which will clean away any problems the card had, but it will delete the files. However, using the GameShark GameSaves with a USB memory card allows you to backup your files so that you never lose any of your saves.
