     Position your character next to the weed you want to remove.

     Press the "Start" button on the GameCube controller to open your inventory.

     Move the cursor to highlight the shovel and press the "A" button.

     Move the shovel to your character and press "A" again.

     Press "Start" to exit the menu.

   • 6

     Press the "A" button while facing the weed to use the shovel, uproot the weed and permanently remove it.
