Instructions
Turn the controller on. Make sure that there is an orange light coming from the controller. This means that the controller is turned on. If there is no light on, you have to replace the batteries (from the back of the controller).
Connect the adapter. Make sure that the adapter is fully inserted into the Nintendo Gamecube (it connects where the wired controllers connect into. When the adapter is inserted correctly, the green light will appear.
Turn the dial. The Wavebird and the receiver have to be on the same channel. Turn the small dial on each of the units, so that the arrows are pointing to the same number.
Turn the channel. If one channel isn't working, try a different one. Like before, turn the dial, on both devices, to the same number.
Reset the controller. Turn the Wavebird on and off by pressing the power button on the top of the controller.
Sit closer and point the controller. Make sure that you are not more than 20 feet from the adapter when you are playing your game. In addition, allow the "L" and "R" (on the top of the controller) buttons to point in the direction of the receiver.
Check for interference. Cordless phones, wireless LANs and microwaves can break up the connect of your Wavebird. Make sure all of these types of devices are nowhere near your Wavebird or Gamecube.
