How to Get King Dedede in Kirby Air Ride

If you want to play as King Dedede in Kirby Air Ride, there are a number of goals you must accomplish in order to unlock him in all of the game's modes. With patience and practice, you'll be star surfing as the hammer-holding penguin in no time.

      Unlock King Dedede in Air Ride mode by beating a total of 1,000 enemies over time. This might take a while, especially since the enemies you defeat in Time Trial and Free Run modes don't count toward this total. Once you beat the 1,000th enemy, you can play as the king.

      Go to City Trial mode and play against King Dedede in the VS Dedede Stadium (event stage 24).

      Defeat King Dedede by using the needle power to attack him repeatedly. If you beat him in less than one minute, he will be available for use in City Trial mode and Free Run mode.
