Getting the Cabana
On Windfall Island, talk to the school teacher and she'll tell you about the Killer Bees (the little kid school gang). Talk to the Killer Bess, and agree to play Hide and Seek. Catch the four kids and talk to them. You'll get a Piece of Heart here. The kids will ask you to find a Joy Pendant to give to the school teacher. Give this, along will 20 more pendants (Bokoblins drop them), to the school teacher and she'll give you the deed to her cabana, located at X5, Y3.
Infinite Rupees
At Dragon Roost Island, play the mail sorting game and always score under 25. If you score 25, then you won't be able to play the game again. Play the game as many times as you want for more money.
This one's tough, but it yields lots of rupees and, like the other strategies listed, is infinite. On Outset Island, go up to where the bridge used to be, where Aryll was taken. There's a man with a telescope. Go to him, and look where he's looking. Use your baton to conduct the wind in that direction, and fly over with your deku leaf. Clear the big boulder with the power bracelets and you'll find a big hole. The hole leads to a place called the Savage Labyrinth. It's basically 50 levels of fighting. Every 10 levels, you'll get lots of rupees and the choice of continuing further into the labyrinth or teleporting to the surface. Only go to level 40 if you're just looking for the money. Level 50 just contains a Piece of Heart.
Figurines Guide
Before you start collecting figurines in the game, you're going to need to get the Picto Box and the Deluxe Picto Box. You can find the Picto Box in a room adjacent to Tingle's cell. Move the crate in the cell and crawl through the hole. The hole should lead you to the item.
Once you've found the regular Picto Box, you need the Deluxe Picto Box. Go ahead and show the Picto Box to the man in the Pictograph store, also in Windfall Island. He should give you a task to complete. The first task is to take a pictograph of a man mailing a letter. He's the one in red. Get a shot of his whole body, not a close up. The second task is to get a pictograph of the man in the cafe above Zunari's shop in the day. Startle him by knocking stuff to get a good shot. The third and final task is more difficult. Get a shot of both the woman in orange and the man wandering around town when their paths cross and their eyes meet momentarily. Bring this last pictograph to the Picto Box man along with a firefly (from the Forest Haven) and you'll receive the Deluxe version, which takes pictographs in color.
The gallery of the figurines is in the same square as the Forest Haven. Go to the top of the Forest Haven using Baba Buds. From there, use a combination of your Deku Leaf and more Baba Buds to get you to the one island that seems to serve no purpose otherwise. Once you see the switch, use a Hyoi Pear to get a bird to flip the switch. A ladder will fall, allowing you to get to the gallery from the boat in the future.
On the second playthrough, data and figurines from the gallery will be transferred over to the new game, and you'll have the Deluxe Picto Box from the beginning.
