As you travel through Sinnoh, the fictional region in which the events of ̶0;Pokémon Platinum̶1; take place, you will encounter a camera crew blocking the path to Route 212. You will not be able to access any content along Route 212 until this camera crew clears out, and there̵7;s no way to force them to leave. The only way to open the route and get rid of the camera crew is by continuing through the ̶0;Pokémon Platinum̶1; story.

Travel down Route 209 to Solaceon Town. From there, head to Veilstone City via route 210.

Defeat the Veilstone City gym master. Exit Veilstone City via 214 to the south.

Cross to Route 213 and head to Pastoria City.

Leave Pastoria City through the southwest passage. This drops you on Route 212, and causes the camera crew to vanish.
