How to Make a DSi Flash Card

The Nintendo DSi handheld game console lets you play games, surf the Internet, listen to music and view photos stored on the device. If you want to expand your DSi's capabilities, you can do so by using a flash card to jailbreak the device and install home-brew applications. The flash card itself is made up of two components, a flash cartridge and a microSD card containing the appropriate firmware files. With these items, you can make a flash card for your DSi system using your Internet-connected computer.
