Entering the Code
Place your Pokemon game cartridge into your Action Replay, then insert the cheating device into your Nintendo DS. Turn the system on and wait while the Action Replay's main menu loads.
Press "Codes" with your stylus. The Action Replay takes you to the screen for "Pokemon Black Version" or "Pokemon White Version," whichever you have. Select "Add New Code" from the top of the code list.
Use the stylus or Nintendo DS controls to enter a name for the code, like "Learn any TM." Press "Start" and "YES." If you have "Pokemon Black Version," enter "521B9BC8 2801FE71 121B9BCC 000046C0 D0000000 00000000" using the onscreen keyboard. "Pokemon White Version" players need to use the slightly different "521B9BE8 2801FE6F 121B9BEC 000046C0 D0000000 00000000" code.
Check the code you entered for accuracy. If you made a mistake, select the incorrect character and change it. Once you've entered the code correctly, press "Start" and choose "YES."
Navigate to the new code using your Nintendo DS' arrows, then press "A" to activate it. Press "Start" to begin the game.
In-Game Use
Start your game as you normally would. Touch the "Bag" option on the lower screen.
Navigate to the TMs and HMs section within the bag. Scroll through the list of TMs until you find the one you want to use, then select it. Click "Use," then "Yes."
Choose the Pokemon you want to teach the move to, all should have "ABLE!" under their names. If asked to delete an existing move to make room for the new one, select "Yes" and choose the move you want to replace.
