How to Add Saves on to Your AR DSi From the Computer

You can use an Action Replay DSi to download saved games from the Internet and play them on your Nintendo DSi. After adding the files to a MicroSD card on your computer, you can insert the card into your Action Replay and copy them to a game cartridge. The Action Replay DSi requires a MicroSD memory card to work with saved games and only works with files created by an Action Replay DSi device.

Instructions

  Power off your Nintendo DSi and remove the MicroSD card from the slot on the side of your Action Replay DSi.

  Insert the MicroSD card into a MicroSD slot on your computer. If your computer doesn̵7;t have a MicroSD card reader, you can use a MicroSD reader that plugs into your computer̵7;s USB slot.

  Click ̶0;Start,̶1; click ̶0;Computer̶1; and double-click your MicroSD drive.

  Open the ̶0;MYSAVES̶1; folder by double-clicking it. If you haven̵7;t backed up any saved games to your MicroSD card yet, right-click on the drive, point to ̶0;New,̶1; select ̶0;Folder̶1; and name the folder ̶0;MYSAVES.̶1;

  Create a folder with the name of the game in the MYSAVES folder. If you̵7;ve backed up data from the game to your MicroSD card, you̵7;ll already have a folder with the name of the game.

  Place saved game files in Action Replay DSi format in the game̵7;s folder.

  Eject the MicroSD card from your computer and insert it into your Action Replay DSi

  Insert the game̵7;s cartridge into your Action Replay DSi, insert the Action Replay device into your Nintendo DSi and power it on.

  Select ̶0;Saves̶1; on the Action Replay menu, locate the saved game you added to your MicroSD card and press ̶0;A.̶1; Your Action Replay overwrites any existing saves on the game cartridge with the data from the file.
