How to Activate Events in Yu-Gi-Oh! Spirit Caller

"Yu-Gi-Oh Spirit Caller" is a Nintendo DS game in which the main character duels with other characters to win puzzles and events. The cards act as a prop for Yu-Gi-Oh to call upon creatures and use magic spells to help you win the card challenges. The more you duel, the more points and experience points you get, which help you level up in the game. Special events become available to you based on your level status in the game. The events are unlocked by possessing the event cards.

Instructions

  Wait for the ships to sail in and bring you more cards. Read through the series of cards that you receive from the shipment. Look for special events cards that contain the word "Event" on them, which is how you can tell them apart from the other cards.

  Duel high-level opponents. Read the level status of them when you encounter opponents in the game, or listen as the other characters describe who you must battle. The more high-level opponents you duel, the sooner you can receive the event cards and activate events.

  Play your way through each level. If you leave something out, such as neglecting to talk to a character you encounter or failing to travel to a certain part of the level, you won't receive a choice about activating the events. Working your way through the level--without rushing it--will give you the option to unlock special events.
