Insert your Acekard 2i MicroSD card into the card reader that comes with the device.
Connect the card reader to your computer̵7;s USB port, allowing your operating system to recognize the MicroSD card unit.
Navigate to one of many available sources that host homebrew games, including NDSHB and QuickJump. Alternatively, performing a Web search for ̶0;DS Homebrew̶1; returns various pages linking directly to games and programs for download.
Click to download the game you wish to play; select the MicroSD card from the subsequent dialog window, typically labeled ̶0;Removable Disk.̶1;
Create a folder at the root level of the storage unit. Right-click an empty area to display its context menu options and select ̶0;New̶1; followed by ̶0;Folder.̶1;
Assign any desired name to the directory, such as ̶0;Games,̶1; and then press ̶0;Enter.̶1; Save the file into the new folder and allow the download to finish.
Disconnect the MicroSD card from the adapter and plug it into your Acekard 2i device.
Turn on your DS console and press the ̶0;Acekard 2i̶1; icon, where all the content is stored. Press ̶0;A̶1; to launch the game you wish to play.
