How-to Guide for Moonshell V1.71 Cyclo

The Moonshell V1.71 Cyclo is a multimedia file that plays music, movies and text files on your Nintendo DS. Though it is not something you can buy from the stores, you can download the files from your PC onto an SD card and then from your SD card onto your Nintendo DS. In addition, Moonshell is legal. The only thing you shouldn't use it for is to play pirated games. Other than that, after converting your movie files to dpgenc and downloading them and your MP3 files to your Nintendo DS, Moonshell is as easy to use as Windows Media Player.

  Open the Moonshell file on your Nintendo DS menu.

  Select the media file you want to play from the list on the top screen of your Nintendo DS. The file will appear in Moonshell on the bottom screen. The files can be text files, MP3 files or movie files.

  Press A to play the file.

  Press the following buttons to use your movie, music or text file in Moonshell;
  
  A = plays the file
  B = rewinds through the file
  Y = reduces the volume
  X = increases the volume
  START = takes you back to the Moonshell menu
  SELECT (hold down for 5 seconds) = takes a screenshot
  L + R = pause the file
  Press R twice = takes you to the next file
  Press L takes you to the previous file = previous file
  Press R three times = puts the player on standby
  R + L + A = scans all the files
  L + Left = show little menu
  L + Right = takes you to the next file
  L + Up = pauses the file
  L + Down = changes playback options
  L + X/Y = increases/reduces the backlight
