How to Design a Digi-Farm in Digimon

"Digimon," released for the Nintendo DS, is an action-adventure game where players can capture and train more than 250 different Digimon. Once captured, players can raise and train Digimon in a "Digi-Farm." Players can have a maximum of four different farms. Each farm can be altered to better suit the Digimon living there, which will give them greater experience bonuses. You can change the terrain type, background music and plant types at the farm.

Instructions

    • 1

Head to any major city in "Digimon" and speak with a farm goods shopkeeper. You can purchase farm supplies, training materials and new farm islands. Once you have purchased the items you like, leave the shop.

    • 2

Enter the Tamer Home and access the Digi-Farm computer console. Select the farm islands you wish to design.

    • 3

Select "Terrain Board" to change the basic terrain type of the farm island. There are different terrains to choose from, such as the Sunshine, Darkmoon, Glass Castle and Aquan.

    • 4

Select "BGM Board" to set a different background music for the farm, such as Dragon Theme, Dark Theme or Beast Theme. Each theme is specific to a Digimon type, and will greatly benefit its growth rate.

    • 5

Select the "Training" mode to place new items -- such as trees or other farm goods you have purchased -- on the Digi-Farm. You can place food items, armor, weapons, fountains and other resistance items by selecting them with the DS stylus and dragging them into the farm area.
