How to Configure R4DS for MarcaDS

If you have ever wanted to play classic game titles on your Nintendo DS, The R4DS cartridge lets you do so. It enables you to emulate games based on classic arcade titles through the MarcaDS application. The program supports a variety of games with a graphical replica of each individual game. You can configure MarcaDS on your R4DS cartridge through your operating system̵7;s main extraction options.

  Connect your R4DS MicroSD card to your computer̵7;s MicroSD reader. Otherwise, purchase an external adapter online or through your local electronics retailer. If following this method, insert the MicroSD card into the adapter̵7;s respective compartment, then connect the adapter to your computer̵7;s USB port.

  Download the latest MarcaDS version from its official website. Save the file in question to your computer.

  Double-click the downloaded file to launch it with Windows 7̵7;s built-in extractor. Click ̶0;Extract all Files̶1; from the upper-left portion of the screen.

  Click ̶0;Browse̶1; and select the root of the MicroSD storage unit from the ensuing window displayed. This entry is typically listed as ̶0;Removable Disk." Once the entry is selected, click ̶0;OK̶1; to return to the previous screen.

  Click ̶0;Extract̶1; to install MarcaDS on your R4DS MicroSD card.

  Remove the MicroSD card from your computer and insert it into the R4DS cartridge. Insert the cartridge into your Nintendo DS and turn it on.

  Press the ̶0;A̶1; button to launch MarcaDS, which is listed on the main menu screen along with your existing titles.
