How to Do Wi-Fi Battles With Pokemon SoulSilver

In the Japanese role-playing game for the Nintendo DS by Game Freak, "Pokemon SoulSilver" allows you to collect over 400 different kinds of Pokemon and battle them against other Pokemon to gain experience. When in-game trainers and wild Pokemon are no longer a challenge, you can take your game online and fight other real life trainers over a Wi-Fi connection. Your Pokemon will earn experience the same way as during regular fights.

Instructions

      Travel to any Poke Center, located in all major cities, and walk up to the second floor.

      Walk in front of the third woman and press "A" to initiate conversation.

      Select either "Battles for Two" or "Battles for Four," depending on the number of people you want joining the battle.

      Select either "Single Battle," "Mix Battle," "Double Battle" or "Flat Battle," depending on the type of battle you wish to have.

      Select the rules for your battle, such as "No Restrictions" or "Little Cup."

      Select "Yes" to save your game.

    • 7

      Select "Become Leader" on one of the consoles attempting to connect, and select "Yes" to launch wireless communications.

      Select "Join Group" on all other devices, followed by "Yes" to launch wireless communications.
