How to Get Through the Cave With the Ancient Time Painting to Get Dialga on Pokemon Diamond

In "Pokemon Diamond," the Legendary Pokemon, Dialga, is being held by a special team of trainers, who are called the Commanders. In order to confront them, you must climb beyond the summit of Mt. Coronet. If you head to the caves at Mt. Coronet out of sequence, you may reach the end and run into an ancient cave painting with little indication that there's anything beyond it. If you complete an unmarked, Team Galactic sub-quest, you will unlock a secret door that is hidden in the ancient cave painting, allowing you to head to Spear Pillar, where Dialga is being held.

  Go to Veilstone City, head to Team Galactic's building and speak to the guy outside, who will allow you access to the Warehouse next door. Go in to it, head down the stairs and fight the Galactic Grunts along the way. In the final room in the basement, you'll defeat a Galactic Trainer and rescue Azelf, Uxie and Mespit.

  Head to Mt. Coronet via Route 207 to begin climbing to the summit of Mt. Coronet. At the summit, there is normally a cave painting in place of an exit, but the previous mission at the Galactic Warehouse removes this obstacle, allowing you to continue on to Spear Pillar.

  Speak to the three Commanders at the end of Spear Pillar, which can be reached by heading north for a few screens. Commander Cyrus will unleash Dialga after a short cutscene. You will need a Master Ball or an Ultra Ball to capture this Legendary Pokemon.
