How to Make a Serpent Digi Egg in Digimon World for the DS

In the "Digimon World DS" game for the Nintendo DS, you can breed any two Digimon together in a process called "Matching." This allows you to connect to another Nintendo DS via Wi-Fi so you can match one of your Digimon with another player's. When you breed Digimon, you get an egg, which will eventually hatch. The Serpent Egg is just one of 48 different Digi-eggs you can get by breeding Digimon. It has an 80 percent chance of hatching into Chibomon and a 20 percent chance of hatching into ExVeemon.

Instructions

    • 1

Fight with any of your Digimon that has an Obedient Personality. This information will appear when checking your Digimon's stats via the in-game main menu. Send this Digimon into battles, until it has an Attack stat of 300 or more.

    • 2

Go to Digi-Central, the first place you visited when the game began. Speak with Gatomon, who is in the room with Mr. Gure. Select the "Matching via WFC" option, when prompted by Gatomon.

    • 3

Enter the room with Gatomon on a second Nintendo DS with a copy of "Digimon World." On this copy of the game, the player must have any Dragon-type Digimon with any level and stats. Select the "Matching via WFC" option.

    • 4

Follow the onscreen prompts to match your Digimon with the other player's Dragon-type Digimon. Watch the short animation. When you regain control of the game, you will have a Serpent Egg.
