How to Get Rid of the Recycling Bin on Scribblenauts

"Scribblenauts" is a puzzle game that tasks players with creating items in the game by writing the item's name on the in-game notepad. The game limits how many items a player can create at one time, meaning the player must delete items from time to time by dragging the items into the recycle bin that appears in the upper-right corner of the game screen. If you do not want to delete an item and wish to create one instead, you must make this recycle bin disappear so that the notepad appears in its place.

Instructions

  Tap and hold the Nintendo DS stylus on the item that you want to delete or move. Once your tap and hold an item, the recycle bin will appear in the upper-right corner of the game screen.

  Drag the item to the recycle bin or anywhere on the game screen.

  Release the item. If you release the item over the recycle bin, it will be deleted. If you release the item anywhere else, it will be placed at that location. Upon releasing the item, the recycle bin will disappear, and will only reappear once you select another item.
