How to Get Skorupi in Diamond

Traditionally, the "Pokemon" video game franchise includes a Safari Zone in each version of the game that it releases. The Safari Zone is a place that gives the player access to a variety of wild Pokemon that can't be found anywhere else in the game. In "Pokemon Diamond," the Safari Zone is called the Great Marsh, and it is the only place where the player can find and catch Skorupi, a Poison-type Pokemon with extremely high defense.

Instructions

  Travel to Pastoria, the city in the bottom-right portion of your world map.

  Head north once you're inside the city to reach the Pastoria Great Marsh.

  Enter the building and speak to the woman at the counter. She will give you access to the Great Marsh.

  Wander around inside the Great Marsh until you find a Skorupi. The Pokemon has only a 10 percent chance of appearing within the Great Marsh, so it may take a while to find one.

  Battle Skorupi until its health is low, and toss a Safari Ball to catch it.
