Where and How Do You Find & Catch Feebas in the Game Pokémon HeartGold?

Feebas is a Pokemon that was notoriously hard to catch in the Pokemon "Ruby" and "Sapphire" versions. Rare and highly sought after, this Pokemon has a strange evolution, having to have its Beauty statistic pushed to the maximum level before it will evolve into the elegant Water-type Pokemon, Milotic. This Pokemon is obtainable in the "HeartGold" version of the Pokemon game, but not within the game itself.

Instructions

- 1
  Unlock the Quiet Cave route for your Pokewalker by defeating all 16 Gym Leaders and obtaining the National Pokedex. To ensure the route is unlocked, you must earn at least 100,000 watts on your Pokewalker by taking roughly 2 million steps.

  Explore the Quiet Cave and when Feebas appears, catch it. Send it back to Pokemon "HeartGold" via transfer from the Pokewalker.

  Take your Feebas to Pallet Town and visit Daisy Oak. She will give your Feebas a massage which will help boost its beauty statistic. Follow this with a visit to the Haircut Brothers in Goldenrod City to give it another boost.

  Do the massages and haircut combination a total of eight times to max out the Beauty Statistic.

  Train your Feebas and level it up. This will trigger the evolution into Milotic.
