How to Improve Feebas' Beauty Condition in Pokemon

Feebas is one of the ugliest Pokemon in "Pokemon HeartGold" and "Pokemon SoulSilver," however it has the capacity to evolve into Milotic, one of the most beautiful Pokemon in the series. This transformation does not occur instantly -- instead, you must work at raising Feebas' beauty condition so that it will be beautiful enough to evolve into Milotic. Once you have maximized Feebas' beauty condition, you will be given the opportunity to evolve it into Milotic the next time it gains a level.

Instructions

- 1
  Fly to Pallet Town on any day during 3 pm and 4 pm. Talk to Daisy Oak in your rival's house to give your Feebas a beauty massage. Each beauty massage will increase Feebas' beauty condition by 32 points.

  Fly to Goldenrod City on any day except for Monday and visit the Goldenrod City Underground. Talk to one of the Haircut Brothers to give your Feebas a haircut. Each haircut will also give Feebas' beauty condition 32 points.
- 3
  Repeat this routine on a daily basis until Feebas' beauty score is maximized. After eight massages, haircuts or a combination of both, your Feebas will have the highest beauty score possible. The next time Feebas levels up you will be given a prompt to evolve it into Milotic.
