How to Make Bread in Viva Pinata on DS

"Bread" is one of the items in the 2008 Nintendo DS simulation game "Viva Pinata: Pocket Paradise" you cannot buy from the in-game shops. This poses a problem, as not only is bread vital for attracting Pinata such as Quackberry to your garden, but you will also need it to change the color of other animals. You can, however, make bread out of "corn," which is readily available, so all you need is a helping hand from the resident tinker, who will provide you with this delicacy.

Instructions

  Start the game and complete the training episodes if you have not yet done so already. There are mandatory explanations of the game mechanics you have to complete before you can play the game.

  Tap the "Garden" button on the main menu with your stylus to start a new game. Write your name on the garden deed using the stylus and then tap the green checkmark.

  Double tap the masked character called Seedos that occasionally wanders into your garden. Every time you do this he will drop a random seed. Once you get a corn seed, tap on it once with the stylus and then drag it to a spot of dirt. Tap the gardening tool icon on the top right hand side of the bottom screen on your DS to plant it.

  Click the wheelbarrow icon and select the watering can. Hold down the stylus over the seed you have just planted to water it. Wait for the seed to grow into a corn.

  Continue playing the game as normal until your garden reaches level four. This will unlock a new shop called Bart's Exchange that allows you to transform items.

  Tap the blue basket icon on the top right-hand side of the screen and then tap the icon of Bart (the man with the brown hat that has an orange feather in it.) Tap on the corn in your garden and tap the green checkmark icon at the bottom of the screen. After a few seconds Bart will appear in your garden and change the corn into bread.
