Ice Beam on Route 216

  Go to Snowpoint City and exit the city via the west exit. Keep walking west until you can go no further.

  Walk south on Route 217. As you walk, the road changes to Route 216. Look for a small house on the road. Turn right.

  Walk east, past a Pokemon trainer, until you reach a wall. Use Rock Climb on the wall to climb the mountain.

  Walk to the right and pick up the Item Ball. You receive TM13, Ice Beam.
Ice Beam at the Game Corner

  Walk east from Route 215 or north from Route 214 to enter Veilstone City. Find the Game Corner, a flashy building in the center of the city.

  Enter the Game Corner and buy some tokens. A pack of 50 coins costs $1,000, and 500 coins cost $10,000.

  Use the coins to play the slot machines in the Game Corner. To win, simply match the pictures on the reels. You get coins as a prize when you win.

  Earn 10,000 coins. Go to the prize desk and use the coins to buy Ice Beam.
