How to Get to the Dragon's Den on Pokemon Heartgold

In "Pokemon SoulSilver," the Blackthorn City Gym is the final gym challenge in the Johto region. However, even after you defeat Clair, the Blackthorn Gym Leader, she will refuse to award you with the Rising Badge.   Defeat Clair, the Blackthorn City Gym Leader. She will use a level 38 Gyarados, level 41 Kingdra and two level 38 Dragonair. After the battle, Clair will challenge you to pass the trials of the elders within Dragon's Den.

  Exit the gym and surf across the pond behind the building. You will reach a shore that contains the entrance to the Dragon's Den.
