How to Enter the Dragon's Den in Pokemon

The Dragon's Den is a location originally featured in the Generation II Pokemon games: "Gold," "Silver" and "Crystal." The location is also featured in the Generation IV remakes of the game; "Diamond," "Pearl" and "Platinum." The Dragon's Den, located beneath Blackthorn City, is a winding cave with many high-level trainers and Pokemon. The Master of the Dragon User and Clair, the gym leader, are also found within the Dragon's Den.

Instructions

  Defeat the first seven gym leaders throughout the map of Johto.

  Travel to Blackthorn City and enter the gym.

  Defeat all of the trainers in the Blackthorn gym and challenge Clair to a fight. Clair is the final gym leader and the most difficult. She uses Dragon-type Pokemon, some of which are Level 100. If you defeat her, she runs away without giving you the Rising Badge.

  Travel to the entrance of the Dragon's Den. Clair is hiding inside. The man guarding the cave allows you to pass to find her.

  Find Clair inside the shrine within the Dragon's Den. She finally hands over the Rising Badge, as well as two TMs. You are now free to explore the Dragon's Den.
