How Can You Catch Celebi in the Pokemon SoulSilver Game?

Celebi is a legendary Psychic- and Grass-type Pokemon that is one of the most difficult to get legitimately, according to GamesRadar.com. Since Celebi is vulnerable to seven types of Pokemon -- Bug, Dark, Fire, Flying, Ghost, Ice and Poison -- it is the weakest legendary Pokemon, the game website adds. Celebi can be obtained only through an event, unless you have an Action Replay.

  Insert the "Pokemon SoulSilver" game cartridge into the Action Replay.

  Insert the Action Replay device with the game cartridge into the DS/DSi/Ds Lite.
