There are three versions of "Nintendogs" for the Nintendo DSi: "Dachshund & Friends," "Lab & Friends" and "Chihuahua & Friends." All three are the same except for the six sets of puppies that are available at the beginning of the game. In "Nintendogs," you raise, play with, care for and train a puppy. Each decision affects the puppy's personality. If you would like to delete all the game data and start over with a new puppy, it is possible to reset the game.

Insert the "Nintendogs" game cartridge into the DSi.

Turn on the DSi to start the game.

Wait for the Nintendo copyright information to appear on the top of the screen; there should be no music running and no picture of a dog.

Press and hold the "L," "R," "X," "Y," "A" and "B" keys at the same time.

Press "Yes" when asked whether you are sure you want to delete all saved-game data.
