How Do I Get Octillery in Pokemon SoulSilver?

"Pokemon: SoulSilver" is a role-playing game that is a part of the "Pokemon" game series available on the Nintendo DS. Players take control of the main character and guide him on his quest to become a legendary Pokemon trainer. As he captures Pokemon and they become more powerful, the creatures evolve into more powerful forms. Octillery is one of the Pokemon types that is available through evolution.

Instructions

  Begin a new game of "Pokemon: SoulSilver." Follow the on-screen prompts to create your character and begin the storyline.

  Travel to the Route 44 area of the Johto region and initiate battles against the Pokemon in that area. Walk through the tall grass or areas near the water to initiate these battles which occur randomly and automatically.

  Fight against the Pokemon known as Remoraid. Use your Pokemon to weaken it, however do not empty its entire life bar. When the life bar is low, throw a Pokeball at the Remoraid to capture it. Press the "A" button to choose the Pokemon from the item list and your character will automatically throw it. Once captured, the Remoraid will now be a part of your Pokemon group.

  Use the Remoraid in battles against other Pokemon. Every time that you use the Pokemon and win the fight, it will gain experience points used to grow stronger. When the Pokemon reaches level 25, it will evolve into Octillery. Octillery will now be a part of your Pokemon list to use in upcoming battles.
