Travel to the ruins in Area 3 on the planet Nessa. Explore the seven levels in the ruins until you discover a floating blue gemstone, and retrieve the first keystone by standing in front of the stone and pressing the "A" button. Your character will trade away this keystone early in the game, and you will need to find a fourth item later in the game to reacquire the blue keystone.
Find Professor Kate on the planet Ziba, and she will ask you to stop the magnetic disturbance occurring on the planet's two moons. Visit both the orange and purple moons to activate the boss battle between you and the Krawl responsible for the disturbance, Skeesa. Defeat Skeesa with range attacks such as Vilakroma, Vilanox, Samugeki and Dongiga.
Return to Ziba and talk with Professor Kate. She will explain her theory about the ancient spaceship that is hidden on the planet, and she will give you the second keystone along with a letter for the museum curator on Krolin, Mr. Webster. Head to Krolin to collect the third keystone from the curator.
Travel to the Table Top Mountains in Area 1 on the planet Daichi. Purchase the Scalar C Suit from the mineral merchant to avoid having your life drained when you are near the mountains. Explore the mountains until you reach the final boss on level seven.
Defeat the Krawl leader, Trunkos. This Krawl moves extremely fast, and he repeats his spinning attacks regularly. Stay outside of his reach, and strike him with long-range attacks such as Vilakroma and Vilanox, or wait for Trunkos to stop spinning and hit him with close-range attacks.
Collect the diamond from the tree trunk after you defeat Trunkos. Exchange the diamond for the blue keystone from Cyrus, and return to the ancient spaceship on the planet Nessa. Insert each keystone into the color-coded slot to activate the ship.
