How to Catch Celebi in Pokemon for DS

Celebi is a legendary psychic/grass pokemon. It is also called the time travel Pokemon. Celebi is available in the following DS Pokemon games: Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold and SoulSilver. Nintendo is making this one of the hardest pokemon to catch. In 2011, Celebi was available at two special events: The Pokemon Black and White Tour and as an in-store GameStop giveaway -- both between February and March. Celebi will be available in the future at GameStop.

Instructions

  Visit GameStop during the next Celebi special event. In recent years, Nintendo has scheduled at least one. To receive Celebi, you will need two things: the pokedex and an open slot in your adventuring party.

  Connect to the wireless network with either your Nintendo DS or DSi. From the starting menu, select "mystery gift/event." Choose "receive gift," select "get via wireless," and select "yes."

  Load your game and visit the nearest Poke Center. Talk with the delivery man in front of the counter. He will give you a level 50 Celebi.

  Save your game before returning to adventuring.
