How to Unlock the Leaky Cauldron in LEGO Harry Potter for Nintendo DS

"LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4" is an adventure game, developed for the Nintendo DS, that allows players to experience Harry Potter's first four years at the Hogwart's School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. However, the game also makes use of LEGO blocks as part of its visual aesthetic. There is a bar frequented by magical types known as the Leaky Cauldron that can be easily accessed at the beginning of the game.

Instructions

  Begin the game and complete the tutorial level. After doing so, tap on Uncle Vernon with your stylus to receive your first quest: to find presents for Dudley.

  Walk to the stairs, and switch to Dudley by tapping him with your stylus. Tap on the object blocking the entrance to a small room. Enter the room and grab the first present.

  Go upstairs and tap on Aunt Petunia to receive the second present. Go back downstairs and tap Uncle Vernon to complete the quest. Tap Uncle Vernon a second time to receive another quest: to get the mail.
- 4
  Go outside and tap the mailbox to get the mail, then return to your front door and tap the letter you find on your porch. A cut-scene will occur, after which you will find yourself in the Leaky Cauldron.
