How to Modify Music on Pokemon SoulSilver

The PokeGear, given to you early in "Pokemon SoulSilver," has a variety of uses including the ability to play music. Once you have received the Radio Card in GoldenRod City as part of the story, your PokeGear has access to over 10 radio stations that you can listen to while playing. Some radio stations confer special bonuses upon listening to the music, such as increased Pokemon encounters, while other radio stations provide information on where to capture rare Pokemon. It is possible to modify the music on the radio by changing the station through the PokeGear. You can do this at any time you are not currently in a battle.

     Tap the "Pokegear" icon on the bottom screen of your Nintendo DS.

     Tap the "Radio" icon on the bottom screen of the Nintendo DS. This icon is the second icon in the row of four.

     Hold the stylus on the white dot on the bottom screen of your Nintendo DS.

   • 4

     Drag the dot to different locations on the black sphere. The dot stops moving when a new radio station is picked up. Moving the dot to new locations uncovers new radio stations.
